Introduction: Help From God

Living in the Spirit
As we begin this series on Help From God, it is important to establish a foundational truth: God is our help. This is not something we are trying to convince Him to become—it is who He already is. He has revealed Himself as our help, and He remains faithful to that revelation.
God has not left us without support or direction. He has already made provision for our help through His Word. The Word was sent for our help, which means we do not need to beg God to act on our behalf or to prove Himself. His faithfulness is enough. What He has said, He stands by. What He has promised, He is committed to fulfill.
In times when we need help the most, God becomes our strength. His help is not distant or theoretical—it is present and active, sustaining us, upholding us, and empowering us through every challenge and season of life.
It is true that we all need help, but we must also understand that we are not helpless. God has given us the Holy Spirit, who dwells within us. His presence in us is the assurance that help is always available. We are never alone, never abandoned, and never without divine support.
This brings us to a very important question: How do we seek this help? If God is our help, if His Word has been given for our help, and if the Holy Spirit is present with us, then how do we access and walk in this help in our daily lives?
This is the focus of this series.
As we journey together, we will explore how to seek, receive, and live in the help that God has already made available to us—not through struggle or self-effort, but through understanding, faith, and dependence on Him.
